The scholarship programme (hereinafter "programme") is open for all students of intermediate and graduation level. The candidate must be an Indian national studying in India and not outside India.

By signing the form, the candidate agrees to provide his/her current, complete and accurate information which, whether personal or otherwise including the phone numbers mentioned on the registration form may be used by IBI Biosolutions Pvt. Ltd. for it’s promotional activities including sending the candidate electronic messages without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the candidate.

An incomplete entry form for registration filled by the candidate (whether online or not) in which the information provided is not factually correct, is liable to be rejected by IBI on it’s sole and absolute discretion. The registration form will be deemed incomplete if any of the following mandatory fields are not completed, i.e., Candidate's name, DOB, Father's name, Father's mobile number, City etc.

The decision based on the evaluation by IBI Biosolutions’ expert panel on the selected candidates shall be final, binding and non-contestable.

Participation in the programme shall be construed as an acceptance of these terms and conditions by the candidate. Any breach or default by the candidate of any of these terms and conditions shall result in immediate disqualification without notice.

IBI may, at any time, modify these terms and conditions without any prior notice and without assigning any reason and candidate's continued participation in the programme will be considered as his/her deemed acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.

IBI Biosolutions Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for any system error or power failure at the time of the examination. The candidates must be careful to choose the examination center (Internet Cafe or any other place with a proper internet and power supply).

Scholarship is not deliverable in cash to a person under any circumstances and is to be claimed only by showing the required documents (in original) of pursuance of Higher education in bioinformatics.

Qualifying candidate has to pay a nominal documentation fee of INR 100 to claim scholarship.

IBI also reserves the right to withdraw or discontinue the programme at any stage due to Force Majeure conditions or otherwise and IBI shall bear no responsibility for cancellation or postponement of the said programme.

IBI reserves the right to disqualify any candidate for tampering with the entry process, providing misleading documentation; acting in violation of these terms and conditions; acting in a disruptive manner; or acting with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. IBI reserves the right to seek damages from any such candidate to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Apart from the scholarships, the successful candidates will have no other claims against IBI.

In case of any dispute, the jurisdiction area will only be Chandigarh (INDIA).

10 Encouraging scholarships for training in bioinformatics at IBI Biosolutions will be purely percentage basis, i.e., if a candidate secures 75% marks in online examination, he/she will get 75% of fee waiver.

In case of any dispute, only the written communication via e-mail or post will be valid and any other means of communication will not be considered.

BINC scholarship refers only to the examination fee and not other expenses regarding the same.

By signing online agreement at IBI Biosolutions web-site, it will be assumed that the candidate has read all the terms and conditions carefully and is ready to abide them and the company is free to take decision at its discretion.
